Clear beige gold, with medium short lasting quite mousse. Rustic nose of sawdust and white peppered almonds. Dried quince and old flowers -- in a good way -- on the palate with medium acidity and aggressive bubbles. Finish is somewhat slick giving more dried pome. Satisfying.
