Anise, licorice, I had to ask for more- twice. The pairings were great, but ask for the grape leaf wrapped sardines- heaven. @Dimitris Spiliadis

Big and bold without being too heavy.

Вначале очень легкие тона редукции, которые впрочем довольно быстро уходят. Смородина, слива, черноплодка, черника, вяленое мясо, кофе, чуть-чуть оливкового тапенада. Молодо, с ещё шершавыми танинами. После аэрации и нагревания в бокале округляется и становится мягче.
