Wow! This was fantastic! I will say up front, although I thoroughly enjoyed this on New Year's Eve, I think that in 3 or 4 years this will be drinking in its sweet spot. Fresh wild cherries, and rose petals on the nose, cinnamon undertones, creme brulee, walnuts, and a dollop of citrus. The bubbles were very refined and the champagne was quite vibrant and effervescent. The "dollop of citrus" is what I think will turn into a "touch" after a few more years in the cellar. If you ever want a very characterful Rosé, give this one a try.
