You think it’s going to be a generic coastal white (I can relate), and then the salinity and a sensation of sour gummy candies dissolving on the tongue hit.

Salty, seafood-y, some wet stone working it’s way up the finish. tart pear and a little citrus. Not too light—waxy is a good way to put it. Easy drinking and uncomplicated, but not as it’s-back-able as a muscadet. File under Greek wines worth raving about!

A very nice moschofilero from Peloponnesus region south Greece. Crispy, fruity like peach. Good combination with sea food, salty hard cheese and charcuterie.
