The 2012 was better as it opened up. Nice fruit, soft, doesn't have much staying power. Dry finish. A nicely constructed Malbec.

Once upon a time, this was my favourite red wine. My taste has evolved and now I prefer reds that are lighter in colour and body, however if you prefer a fruitier, sweeter taste, this one is never a bad option.
