This reminds me of A. Rafanelli (which in my book is a reference point for Sonoma County Zinfandel).
Super spicy and concentrated this is coming across almost like a funky barrel-sample of a very good CNDP.
Not terribly complex - just full throttle...and great!

A plummy, jammy Zinfandel, creamy and intense on the palate. Good, but not quite up to the $40 I paid.

Kitchen spice rack. Peach yogurt with a cinnamon stick (quoted from me my wine instructor). Interesting combo of sweetness and ripe fruit plus high acidity. I found this really enjoyable.
