Normally I would say I want it more powerful but this was powerful enough and any more may have taken away the excellent balance this wine has. Went really well with fish and chorizo and wasn't overpowered by the spiciness of the chorizo.

Slight sweet start then sharpish acid. Not as bad as that sounds! In fact, very pleasant and full of interest.
