Garnet, deep rose color. Red fruits and pine forest floor on nose. Very restrained style. Lovely herbaceous quality and subtle fruit on the palate (both red and dark). High acidity and medium tannins, but well balanced. More reminiscent of old world, but definitely Russian River style. Very food friendly.
