Hope family began their planting’s in 1978 & sold wine under the Hope Family label directly from the winery's tasting room. In 1990 the Hope ranches became the sole source of fruit for Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon. In 1996, they founded Treana Winery. A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon & 25% Syrah. Aromas of sweet berry & spice notes. Flavors of currants and ripe berry with cacao, pepper and vanilla spice. Full body, rich tannins, good balance ending on the spicy side.

Austin Hope wine - 75% Cab 25% Syrah. Wow absolutely fantastic! I knew when I poured it and it was dark purple that I would like it. Lots of plum and blackberries on the palate. Another great Paso wine, my new favorite!! Cheers to Monday being over!

Favorite wedding wine! Fabulous cab. I thought it was Italian and was surprised to love it. Learned it was mostly cab. Full body, paired great with our wedding meal!

This is like drinking cotton candy, so delicious and easy to drink that one might overlook its complexity.

A person at the table who does not really drink wine had a taste, and said if all wine tasted like this, he would drink more. I think this is wine tasting all about. If you like it, it’s a good wine to you. And I like it.

A low nose, but hints of ripe berries. Thick, high-med alcohol, deep red nearly purple. Ripe fruits, blackberries and cinnamon on the first tastes. Opens later to more fruit, lots of succulent blackberries and now molasses! Wow, what a surprise. Just a very nice bottle with my barbecue beef.
