Aromas of white flowers, pears and yellow apple. Pear and yellow apple are HUGE on the pallet. Hints of lemon zest and wet gravel. Big fruit and a bit of RS. Crisp acidity. Great with spicy food.

Apr 24th, 2017Aromas of honeysuckle, yellow flower, pollen, golden apple, and light oil and gravel. Medium-plus acidity. Crisp, yet lightly buttery. The stainless steel aging comes through nicely but doesn't dominate the palate. Notes of honey, honey crisp apple, light tangerine, with a lingering yellow apple finish.
