This 2013 is first release ever for this well structured younteville cab. This hillside fruit is intense, inky and almost black in color balanced with volcanic minerality. Flavors of black fruit, cacao and lavender are predominant and french oak lays down a hint of vanilla on the palate. This wine needs sometime to breathe but will be spectacular in another 3-5years. Another Thomas River Brown hit.
