Blackrock Vineyard, Yakima Valley. 47% Grenache, 27% Counoise, 26% Cinsault. Extremely pale pink in color. Strawberry, strawberry jam, raspberry and briar notes in nose. Same berries and berry jam in mouth, cherry water and later cherry fruit learher finish. Rounded mouthfeel, slight astringency on front of tongue. A lovely aperitif but perhaps not enough acidity for some foods.

Aug 13th, 2017Best rose I have ever had! Tart and crisp, a little fruity, almost smells like bread... Not at all sweet. Perfect with food - we had it with a salmon, picnic-style dinner. Delicious. Smells and tastes like a perfect summer day.
