While in Chicago, a distributor (and gentleman, Dave) handed my love a bottle of this fantastic red wine, which we graciously sipped while huge snowflakes fell outside our window. Nose: stark bright red fruits and iron. Palate: Iron and Tannins, mildly sweet currant and anise spice, Robust finish and smooth, lingering aftertaste.
