Nice notes of oak and spice. Some dark fruit but not fruity. Smooth finish. Much better once it’s had time to breathe.

Color of dark purple. Nose of dark chocolate, blackberry, strawberry jam, strength of alcohol, plum, and fermented prune. Taste of mellow tannins, dark fruits, raisin, subtle sweetness with hint of mineral, quite mouthful and silky, and a bit peppery. Aftertaste reemphasize the smoothest. A bit too sweet for me, but clean and a crowd pleaser.
