Great nose with flowers and honey but wine was too acidic and had fairly subtle chemical taste.

Have to disagree with some other reviews, this tastes kind of fatty for an Albarino to me (noted after reviewing mine is the only 2015 so far - maybe this vintage is different?). Not bad on the nose, when I first opened it was greener with more lemon and green apple notes. Now I'm getting more of the honeysuckle advertised on the bottle. Just too round on the palate for me. Worked just fine with shrimp and grits and a citrus tart but won't seek out again.

Dry dry dry! This is my go to cooking wine. Really crisp clean finish. I pair it with seafood, light chicken dishes, and good cheese.

Right there with 2 Buck Chuck needs to be well chilled. A little more dense and syrupy.
