Nice purple color with a touch of ruby. Nose is quite special. Nose of sugarplum with seasoning spice, oyster mushrooms, some herbs, and a bit hotness. Taste is very smooth with warmth, and quite chewy. Some milky chocolate feeling with subtle cherry note, and some tobacco leaves. And again some wet mushrooms note. Aftertaste of some tasting note with some spices and a tiny amount of tannins. Very easy to drink and nothing to complain. Decent wine indeed.

Not as good as most TJs black labels, but I admit that I'm not a big cab fan. Still, a fine medium bodied cab at $12.
