Sour plum and blue berries on the nose, some subtle spices and even some dill. Fresh arrival with unripe fruit, blackberries and hints of black pepper. The tannins become stronger, really dry on the tongue. The unripe fruit and tannins remain on the finish. Grapefruit definitely. Quite simple but enjoy the freshness. Probably really good to food but on it's own...well.
