Jun 21st, 2019Blackberry, prune, sweet tobacco, dark chocolate, black licorice, crystallized sugary cinnamon, fresh leather. Nose opened up a ton after 30ish min/hour.
Palate: candied blackberry/blueberry, strawberry candy, paprika spice. Lingering flavors of dark chocolate and raspberry. Awesome balance of acidity, alcohol and tannins.
