Wow, love it when I get my hands on something from Napa besides Cab. This Syrah has a ton of flavor, great balance with acidity and tannins. Quality wine!!!

The Hommage Allan is always a favorite. Needs quite abut of air to shine.

Jul 23rd, 2015Totally different H.A. For 2012. La Herradura Vineyard on Conn Valley Rd rather than Hudson. 2 pts higher ABV at 15.5, but not hot by any means. Had this a couple of days after the 09, so will have to try them side-by-side next time. Both versions were excellent!
