Sour cherries in donkey shit. There's a smoothness to it, but falls a bit flat on the nose. The fruits a bit more vibrant on the palate, with raspberries and alpine strawberries sitting forward. There's a mildly unplesent metallic nature to the wine, which fortunately doesn't detract from the over all character.
