이태리내 유명와이너리 토마시와인. Appassimento는 와인제조기술인데 포도를 수확해 9월에서 2-3월까지 건조를 한다고 함. 텁텁함이 없이 깔끔한데 바디감이나 향이 풍부해 가격대비 만족도가 아주 높음. 데일리 와인으로 쟁이고 싶음
