Dark ruby in color with a brick rim.
Nice on the nose with cherries, strawberries, red currants and vanilla.
Full bodied with nice legs.
Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, blueberries, red currants, vanilla, licorice, cloves, and peppercorn.
Medium finish with big, full tannins and sour cherries.
Good quality wine, nice by itself, but will be much better in 3 to 5 years.
This unfiltered Merlot, is Made of 88% Merlot and the rest, Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented for 3 weeks, of which, two weeks on the skins. Grapes were grown in two separate Vineyards in southern Israel.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
13% alcohol by volume.
