Coombsville cab that pours a dark, deep red and violet into the glass. Nose of crushed rock, baking chocolate, herbs. Took about an hour to get going but, when it did... Black cherry cola, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon and tobacco leaf all swirling around. Finishes with a lot of spice and sweet cedar tannin. If I had a case of these I would probably put this one on the "one every year" plan as I think it will age beautifully over the next decade or so.
