Damp tobacco mixed with fresh sugar cane on the nose. Almost a sweet initial taste with high acid and an undefinable (at least to me) spice coming through the middle. Once the acidic flavors die down, the sweetness trickles back into the palate making a balanced finish.

I usually love a pinot noir, this one was a bit too dry for my palate
