If I could drink nothing else for the rest of my life, this would be it. It's so mellow, an unexpected flowery aftertaste, light, crisp, a bit sweet...all the things I look or in a wine. Plus the fact that the name of the wine is the Latin name of the tree whose flowers are used as flavour infusion doesn't hurt either.
