NOSE: water (does water have a smell?)…honeysuckle? Stretching here, don’t smell much of anything.

TASTE: surprisingly decent, buttery and dry. A little more of that honeysuckle. Some kind of unripe fruit on the finish (kiwi?). Good for the price. 87.

Apple and Bartlett pear crispness. Easy drinking on any day of the week. It is organic too. Recommend immensely. Better than a lot of other Prosecco. As good as a DOCG classified wine but it is DOC.
