Apple and Bartlett pear crispness. Easy drinking on any day of the week. It is organic too. Recommend immensely. Better than a lot of other Prosecco. As good as a DOCG classified wine but it is DOC.

Very balanced flavors and easy to drink. It went well with a curry dish as well as a risotto! Very good price ($10) and organic!
