Oct 25th, 2017Had this my first night in lisbon. Smell is funky fresh--emphasis on the former. Can taste the clay soil and Atlantic breeze.

Black cherry and bramble fruit on the nose with quite a bit of earth as well; dusty cave and leather with a hint of pepper. Great with food, this wine is much lighter on the palate than on the nose with med/high acid but fairly low tannins. Great value wine.
