Wondering if I waited too long on this? Had decent expectations and it was fine but super mellow, to the point of being bland. Used to more robust Xinomavro

A lot of earth on the nose, light bodied, pale color, started with heavy sour fruit but once it opened up it turned into a really lovely nicely balanced wine.
