Feb 1st, 2017I like the Clare Valley as a region and I like this wine. It's meaty, savoury and spicy. The acidity takes it all to a generous finish. Tannins are super soft and I actually would have liked a little more grit out of it but that's a minor complaint. Great wine all up.
