Rich, generous, and smooth, this Cab Franc was a highlight of our pleasant winery tasting. Dark cherry and maybe some smoke or maybe it was the forest fire smoke surrounding us this visit. Very nicely integrated. If you want a smoother, more restrained expression, try the "Emily" bottling. Our tasting back at our campsite was even better than at the winery with a full glass in the sunshine.
