Burgundy red, very good clarity. Plum in nose, mouth, raspberry and currant flavors, sweet mint on finish. Slightly tart on initial pour with lots of chewy tannins. Possibly some floral and butter in nose. Tannins soften up two hours after initial pour. A very decent take on this variety with local terroir coming through nicely.
