2013 Thralls Pinot Noir Russian River Valley

Cranberry, Bing cherry, crushed red rose petals on the nose with baking spices, tea leaves, cedar, minerality and racy acidity on the palate.

Consisting of Pommard and Dijon 777 clones from the Russian River Valley, the grapes were hand sorted, gently crushed and fermented in small lot micro bins. The wine completed 100% malolactic fermentation, aged 12 months in 100% French oak (40% 1-year) and unfiltered before bottling in September 2014.
