Aroma of spice and black pepper. Medium bodied with hints of dark fruits and plums. Pairs well with the Italian-esque dish I prepared. I don't usually drink Shiraz so this was a bit different from my usual preferences.

Nov 19th, 2020Definitely a full body Shiraz rich in sweet ripe strawberry and dark cherry sweetness with a hint of tobacco up front. A spicy finish with very low acidity.
