Man, I am really impressed with this bottle. I haven't had too many Eden Valley chardonnays - but if this is any indication of how they drink, I need to dive deeper.
The nose is very pretty with peach blossom, lychee nut, and a limey citrusy tinge. The palate is uber-clean with tight acidity, mineral notes, white fruit, and a touch of cream on the back end. Almost Chablis-esque in style, which I love. Not for the lover of the overtly-oaked California chards, but definitely my style... a steal at only $15/bottle.
