This is a Pinot Noir rosé from Graubunden. A deep orange-pink color in the glass. Perfumed flowers mid-palate but a flinty finish. Slightly bright but not quite fizzy. Interesting. Maybe the best Swiss rosé I’ve come across. Not quite up to Provençal high end or Bandol, but very good.
