Dry and crisp. Nice hints of petrol and minerals. Great with shellfish and spicy food.

Best Riesling I have ever had! Can't stand sweet wines, so I've typically avoided Rieslings due to some awful experiences I have had with sweet ones before, but I'm getting back to trying more.

Don't have a ton of Riesling background. Not bad, but definitely struck me as a summer sipper and/or table wine. Apples, pineapple (subtle), and nectarines.
