While working in VA I tried this methode champenoise Chardonnay at a newer spot in Mosaic District. Full fruit (Virginia terroir) yet fresh acidity and very nice fine bead. It went very well with our deviled eggs, fried chicken skins and fried green tomatoes apps!

Jun 10th, 2015The Cuvee, made of 100% Chardonnay from the Monticello Appellation, has vibrant aromas of pear and ripe apples; the taste is perfectly balanced, crisp and refreshing. It desires to be poured a second time and I did so with pleasure. I paired my second offering with a Key Lime Truffle.
