Father’s Day at Jane for mom bd. Jordon knows and likes this wine. More like a Burg in its complexity and balance and light footed profile. Yum.

Going to revisit this one soon and decant for 1+ hrs next time. Elegant and could call this a Pinot blind. This Beaujolais can be aged.
