La Roche Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

Just drinking it through food pairing yumminess. Age is really showing well

Would never peg this as a Beaujolais blind. Strawberry, blackberry, violets, bit of cedar, then bacon fat, black pepper and violets on a long finish.

Ruby with a purple edge. Big Gamay with white pepper, stewed black fruits, wet stone. Delicious. The 2014 needs time to open up... Ours was better the second day.
