La Corvée de Villy Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Pinot Noir

Extra dry, tannins, mineral, medium light, medium alcohol, med acid. Not fruity at all

I am biased here but I love what Thibault does with grapes. I have had several different wines of his and they have all been very enjoyable. This one is no different. Ripe red fruit just bursting with flavor. A bit of cola. A pinch of earth. Right up my alley.
