Sep 28th, 20132007 vintage in September 2024. Deep red garnet color. Plums, cherries on the nose with a big earthy aroma. Lots of fruit on the palate, black currant, hint of ripe strawberries, big tannins mid palate. Balance is superb with tannins matured to perfection between too young and bright , but not too soft. Excellent wine at an excellent stage of maturation.
