Nice garnet color. Aromas of plum, blackberry earth and spices. Dark fruit flavors with accents of coffee, dark chocolate and herbs. Smokey finish. Very “Beaujolais-like.” (Carbonic Maceration?) Fresh and juicy. Acidity also present. Thank You Ron B!
