Pleasant enough, I s'pose. This was my first experience with a dry expression of this grape, though it still had some of the flavors associated with the sweet version. Floral nose, along with some pear and apricot. On the palate, some muted citrus notes and a tiny drizzle of honey. There was also a slight medicinal quality, which could be the result of its 14.9% ABV. Interesting wine, though! 100% Petit Manseng. 7/31/22.

Jul 27th, 2022This one is a wonderful porch sitting wine. We enjoyed it from spring through summer. Light, crisp, and fruity, but not sweet.
