California White Blend

This golden wine has a nose that is almost entirely closed, but there is the slightest hint of peach if you sniff really hard and a little bit of wet stone too. The weight is good and the mid-palate is very round. The initial impression is of Viognier with some underlying acidity that is good but not great. A touch of spice to the finish. It is an acceptable wine but it is worth about 20% less than the asking price: not a good value.

From old Geyser Peak vineyards. Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Unoaked. Nice and easygoing. Fairly dry, but with nice residual fruit.

Smells like columbard☹

Cherries on the nose. Thick and juicy. Cherries and a bit of vanilla.

First time with this wine. Subtle nose and light peach hits. Lovely.

A good, clean, drinking wine for guests. I like to serve it with apps (drier, semi sharp), or grilled fish.

Clean & fresh. Very nice light summer wine.

Not too sure about the gimmick but this a pretty tasty white wine.
