On the weekend we had a blind wine tasting party (see the write up here: http://bit.ly/2IDvPcu) thanks to the team at Cellarmasters. This bottle of The Ridge Terra Rossa 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon was one of them - what a beauty!
In the glass it’s a super deep dark red shade. Mint, spice, wood, and blackberries were apparent on the nose. While in the month it’s full of juicy fruit, silky tannins and a wonderfully long finish. The flavours seemed to hang around forever!
