Gives good prosecco's a bad name. Overly acidified to hide the sweetness, baked pears and green apples, nothing charming or drinkable about. Made much better with orange juice!

Light yellow, gold. Heavy sour apples. Crisp apples, citrus, & stainless steel. Would work well with orange juice. Sterile finish on its own. 11% ALC.
