Plungerhead Old Vine Lodi Zinfandel

A blend of 80% Zinfandel, 14% Petite Sirah, 3% Merlot, 2% Malbec & 1% Petit Verdot. Who IS that dude on the label? That’s Eddie, whose image represents their unusual collection of wines. Dark Ruby with a spicy oaky character. On the palate sweet jammy berry fruit flavors with cinnamon spice and toasty oak tones. Tight tannins, medium ending with a sweet edge, almost too sweet.

One of our go-to table reds. Jammy dark fruits upfront, dry peppery finish. Not life changing, but inexpensive and satisfying when you need something for home or a dinner party
