By far the best Aussie shiraz I've ever had. Espresso, white pepper, bacon fat, cassis, salted chocolate brownie. Very correct, very classy, very down under. Amazing!

Rich, full but still with balancing acidity. 08 drinking very well. Pretty warm but still fresh. Alc high in the mix.

Knockout! Big, deep, brooding Shiraz with great fruit flavors. Has aged well. Lots of sediment though, so make sure you filter or decanter!
