Pale straw and pale gold reflections. Nose: aromatic passion fruit, wet lemongrass, and minerals. Palate: dry, light body, crisp acidity, good balanced and crispy texture. Flavorful passion fruit and lime that fades away. Finish is moderate.

Very fresh and fruity flavors. Opposite of the grassy, bell pepper elements typical of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. Notes of peach/pear immediately hit the palette.
